Malcolm Brogdon is an American professional basketball player born on December 11, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia. He plays as a point guard/shooting guard for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Brogdon played college basketball for the University of Virginia and was named the ACC Player of the Year in 2016. He was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, where he played for three seasons before signing with the Indiana Pacers in 2019. In 2021, he was traded to the Boston Celtics.

Brogdon is known for his all-around game and strong work ethic. He has been recognized for his contributions on and off the court, including winning the NBA Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and being named a finalist for the NBA Community Assist Award in 2020.
