Who Are Jrue Holiday's Brothers?
Aaron Holiday, the middle Holiday brother, played college basketball at UCLA, just like his older brother Jrue. He was a standout player for the Bruins, earning Pac-12 All-Freshman Team honors in his first season and Pac-12 All-Conference honors in his final season. After his junior year, Aaron declared for the NBA draft and was selected by the Indiana Pacers in the first round.
Justin Holiday, the youngest of the three brothers, played college basketball at Washington, where he was a key contributor for the Huskies. After going undrafted in the 2011 NBA draft, he played overseas before making his NBA debut with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2013. He has since played for several NBA teams, including the Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, Chicago Bulls, and Milwaukee Bucks.
The Holiday brothers have made history as the first trio of brothers to play in the same NBA game, a feat they accomplished on December 23, 2018, when the Pelicans faced the Pacers. While they did not share much court time together, the moment was a special one for the Holiday family and a testament to the talent and dedication of all three brothers.
Jrue, Aaron, and Justin have all worked hard to make their mark in the basketball world, and their success is a testament to their talent and determination. As they continue to excel at the highest level of the game, they serve as an inspiration to young players everywhere who dream of following in their footsteps.
