Klay Thompson is an American professional basketball player born on February 8, 1990, in Los Angeles, California. He plays as a shooting guard for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Thompson was drafted 11th overall by the Warriors in the 2011 NBA draft and has played for the team throughout his career. He is a five-time NBA All-Star and has earned multiple All-NBA Team selections. Thompson is known for his exceptional shooting ability, especially from beyond the arc.
