Paolo Banchero

Paolo Banchero is an American professional basketball player born on November 12, 2002, in Seattle, Washington. He plays as a power forward for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Banchero attended O'Dea High School in Seattle, where he established himself as one of the top high school basketball players in the country. He was ranked as the number one player in the 2022 recruiting class by ESPN.

In the 2022 NBA draft, Banchero was selected with the first overall pick by the Orlando Magic. He made his summer league debut on July 7, 2022, against the Houston Rockets and put up an impressive performance, scoring 17 points, grabbing four rebounds, and dishing out six assists in a 91-77 win.
