Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson is an American professional basketball player born on July 6, 2000, in Salisbury, North Carolina. He currently plays as a power forward for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Williamson played college basketball for one season at Duke University before being selected as the first overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft by the New Orleans Pelicans. He quickly made a name for himself in the NBA with his impressive athleticism, strength, and scoring ability.

Williamson has since become a rising star in the NBA and a fan favorite for his exciting and dynamic style of play. He continues to showcase his skills on the court and has been named an NBA All-Star in 2021 and 2022.
