James Edward Harden Jr. is an NBA professional basketball player with the nickname "The Beard." He is among the top players in the league as of date. Starting his basketball career at Artesia High School in Lakewood, California, he led the team to a back-to-back state championship in 2006 and 2007 and received the McDonald's All-American in 2007.

 In 2022, James Harden played with the Philadelphia 76ers following a sensational trade for Andre Drummond, Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, and two first-round picks to Brooklyn Nets. After falling short in the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat, James Harden agreed to continue his 76ers journey with a two-year $69 Million contract with team management.
