Steven Adams

Steven Adams is a professional basketball player born on July 20, 1993, in Rotorua, New Zealand. He currently plays as a center for the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Adams began his basketball career in New Zealand before moving to the United States to play for the University of Pittsburgh. He was selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder as the 12th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft.

Throughout his NBA career, Adams has been known for his physicality, rebounding, and strong defensive presence. He played for the Oklahoma City Thunder for seven seasons before being traded to the New Orleans Pelicans in 2020.

In 2021, Adams was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, where he continues to play as a key member of the team.
