Jack Eichel is an American professional ice hockey player born on October 28, 1996, in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He plays as a center in the National Hockey League (NHL) and is currently a member of the Vegas Golden Knights.

Eichel gained prominence during his collegiate career at Boston University, where he was awarded the Hobey Baker Award as the top player in college hockey in 2015. Shortly after, he was drafted second overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

After spending six seasons with the Sabres, Eichel was traded to the Vegas Golden Knights in 2021. Known for his exceptional playmaking skills and scoring ability, Eichel has earned multiple All-Star selections and has been a key player for both his team and the U.S. national team in international competitions. His talent and impact on the ice have solidified his reputation as one of the top centers in the NHL.
