Where is Jaren Jackson Jr. From?
During his time at Park Tudor, Jackson was able to win two IHSAA state basketball championships, which is an impressive accomplishment for any high school athlete. He was also able to form a strong bond with future Xavier University standout and professional basketball player Trevon Bluiett, who played alongside him during his time at Park Tudor.
After spending three years at Park Tudor, Jackson decided to transfer to La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana for his senior year. At La Lumiere, he was able to start for their varsity squad and form a close bond with teammate Jordan Poole. Jackson's move to La Lumiere proved to be a smart one, as he was able to further develop his skills and prepare himself for the next level of his basketball journey.
Overall, Jaren Jackson Jr.'s journey in basketball started in his hometown of Plainfield, New Jersey, but he was able to make a name for himself on the basketball courts of Indiana. He worked hard, developed his skills, and became a standout player in high school, which helped him secure a spot on the Michigan State Spartans basketball team. From there, he was able to build a successful career in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies, thanks to his dedication and hard work.
